  Nice place overall, great views of the water and the service is friendly. Room was clean but needed to be aired out and the decor was a bit dated. The Acadian is one level which is very convenient as rooms have a dedicated spot right outside for your car. There is no breakfast but someone comes in early to the office and puts on a pot of coffee so you will at least have something to get you going in the morning. There are lots of restaurants in the area for breakfast. If you are in the area, this is a decent place to spend the night.

  Spit spot clean. Bed linens good quality and beds so comfy. Fantastic stay for the price.

  Overall nice place for a stop over before heading into the park. Not expensive, rooms are a good size, good views, and friendly staff

  Courteous service. Clean rooms. We found the dated decor of the rooms to be charming because it was clean and well-kept. Hold on to something with the showers--they're amazing. The location allows walking along the waterfront and to town. We also found that the U-shape of the buildings, with chairs outside each room, lent itself to conversations among guests.
